Amid protests from the audience, Ray McGovern, former CIA analyst and daily briefer for the former President Bush confronted Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld during a speech today in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ray McGovern testified before the Representative John Conyers' hearing on the Downing St. memos, June 16, 2005, about intelligence analysis inside the CIA and the unprecedented practices by Dick Cheney.
